This role is designed for a driven, sales-oriented professional with a "hunter" mentality who thrives in a meritocracy. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales or insurance and is comfortable with daily prospecting, telemarketing, and networking to build a book of business. Since you’ll be managing the full sales cycle for group employee benefits, a valid Life & Health license is required.
