This role is designed for a seasoned management consultant with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate blends high-level strategy with deep operational knowledge of Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain processes. You should be comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and possess the "hunter" mindset required to identify and close new business opportunities within Top 20 pharma or MedTech accounts. The position offers a unique "Work Anywhere" flexibility and the stability of a Public Benefit Corporation. While the salary range is broad ($85k - $210k), the role carries high visibility and includes potential variable bonuses and stock options. As part of a fast-growing SaaS environment, you’ll have the opportunity to define a relatively new consulting practice while traveling roughly 25% of the time. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of selling and delivering complex consulting projects to senior Life Sciences executives. * Possess deep functional expertise in Quality systems (QMS) and pharmaceutical regulatory environments. * Enjoy "dual-hat" responsibilities: managing project delivery while simultaneously driving business development. * Are experienced with SaaS platforms or digital transformation within the healthcare industry.
