The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software, specifically carrying a quota for Professional Services (PS). You should have a background in consulting or architecture and be comfortable navigating the "gray area" of scoping custom projects, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing a sales pipeline. The compensation package is highly competitive, with a wide base salary range ($105k - $206k) plus equity and a robust benefits suite, including 20 weeks of parental leave.
