We are currently seeking Engineering Graduate with Electrical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or Automation knowledge. As an Engineering graduate you will assume full responsibility and contribute as a functional professional. ## Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Assist in the set up and management of the programs for utilities, production & Packaging.
- Supporting site safety programs, improving our site standard in doing so.
- Ensure that all health, safety & environmental requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the company safety & environmental statements
- Set up of specifications and standard procedures to align with industry standards.
- Updating & maintaining Maintenance documents & drawings.
- Act as SME for internal and external inspections programs.
- Monitoring of day-to-day performance of site equipment.
- Measuring and maximizing the uptime of equipment, supporting the site reliability program.
- Ensuring that a critical spare parts list for their system is identified and appropriate levels of spares are maintained.
- The definition and scoping of all process improvement activities relating to the system.
- Anticipating, solving or escalating problems as appropriate.
- Supporting design reviews associated with equipment purchases.
- Troubleshooting of performance trends.
- Risk assessments and mitigation projects relating to system performance.
- Support of new product introductions and introductions of new equipment.
- Representing Utilities / Maintenance department on site-based teams involved in implementing new technology, products or business processes to the site.
- Continuous improvement programs and all performance improvement projects.
- Reviewing and approval of changes to operating procedures and the change control process relating to the system.
- Working in a collaborative manner within the Process Teams structure and contributes to investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
- Develop a “reliability” cantered asset care strategy for the sites equipment, with the following core pillars: equipment criticality and spares assessment, predictive maintenance techniques, fit for purpose PM program, technician driven RCA program and FMEA techniques.
- Ensuring that plant and equipment is operating in a compliant manner and that all activities are conducted to meet GMP regulations, site and corporate quality standards and any additional regulatory requirements as required
## Continuous improvement- Continue to drive improvement through certified lines and other lean programs.
- Suggestions: surface ideas and suggestions from team. Support suggestions scheme program.
- Drive CI within shift: Be proactive in surfacing continuous improvement initiatives. Drive improved yields and efficiency.
## Qualifications and Requirement- Pursuing a relevant third level qualification in Bachelor of Engineering or Science
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course.
- Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity.
