This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader with deep roots in software development and production-scale storage systems. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a hands-on engineering background (ideally Python and C++) into a management role, where they have experience leading distributed, high-performing teams. You should have a strong technical grasp of Ceph and the nuances of running scale-out storage clusters on Linux.
