Engineering Manager at Checkr

This role is designed for an experienced engineering leader with a strong technical foundation and at least 4 years of management experience. You’ll be joining a high-growth "Unicorn" to lead the Data Acquisition Bulk team, which manages the massive datasets powering their background check platform. Since you’ll report to U.S.-based leadership, professional English fluency is a non-negotiable requirement. The compensation is highly competitive for the Santiago market, ranging from approximately **$83M to $97.6M CLP per year**, plus equity (RSUs).
