This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a deep background in Python engineering and at least two years of people management experience. You should be a "player/coach" who is comfortable reviewing code and architecting systems while mentoring senior engineers. Crucially, you need at least a year of experience building applications with Generative AI components and a solid grasp of AWS infrastructure. The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $179,400-$250,000 + equity + benefits.
