The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from **$175k to $223k USD** (plus equity and bonuses) depending on your location. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the DevLink platform, owning design‑to‑code synchronization (Code Sync), CLI/API workflows, and developer experience while building a high‑performing engineering team.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

Zone A: $187,000 - $238,000

Zone B: $175,000 - $223,000

Zone C: $164,000 - $209,000

Canada (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in the Canada)

$212,000 - $270,000

Ireland (All figures cited below in EUR and pertain to workers in Ireland)

$116,000 - $143,000

United Kingdom (All figures cited below in GBP and pertain to workers in the United Kingdom)

$103,000 - $129,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform—spanning Code Sync and Code Component,to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows..

Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations).

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.

Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

You’ll thrive as an Engineering Manager if you:

2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.

5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
