Engineering Manager, Data & Analytics at Karbon

This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader who has transitioned from a Senior+ Individual Contributor background—specifically in data or analytics engineering—into management. You should have at least 2 years of experience leading teams, with a deep understanding of distributed systems and data integrity. Since this is an on-site role in Sydney, it is ideal for a local leader who enjoys building culture in person while collaborating with a global, distributed team.
