Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader with at least 12 years of experience who is comfortable operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. You are a strong fit if you have managed high-performing teams through multiple product cycles and have deep technical roots in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (GCP), specifically within regulated financial services or Fintech environments. The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote in the U.S. while working for a high-growth, Series D company valued at over $3 billion. As a manager for the Financial Infrastructure team, you will have significant influence over the platform powering the world’s first federally chartered crypto bank. You’ll be responsible not just for people management, but for scaling the "banking-as-a-service" layer that allows major institutions to offer digital asset services. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have extensive experience building ledger systems, virtual accounting layers, or custody platforms. * Thrive in ambiguous environments where you need to translate complex business strategies into actionable engineering roadmaps. * Are committed to operational excellence and have experience navigating rigorous regulatory standards like SOC 2 or bank examinations. * Enjoy mentoring senior engineers and managing the complexities of staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
