This role is ideal for a seasoned software leader with at least 7 years of engineering experience and a proven track record of managing teams. The team is building the "operating system" for institutions to manage onchain assets, so you should have deep experience with high-scale distributed systems and a solid understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, dApps, and enterprise-grade security. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at over $218k plus equity and bonuses. While the role is remote-first within the USA, it offers a "high-intensity" culture designed for those who want to work with top-tier talent. Onchain is the new Online, it will transform the way we exchange value and increase economic freedom by creating new opportunities. Wallet is the new browser and has the opportunity to become a super app. Prime Onchain Wallet is the interface to manage on-chain assets & interact with dapps.
Our team is building the operating system for businesses to operate on-chain. Businesses need the necessary enterprise tooling to operate on-chain and embrace this paradigm shift. Web2 introduced a stack of web apps used by businesses: Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, Accounting software… to facilitate exchange of data & information.
