This role is designed for a seasoned sales veteran with a heavy background in high-stakes B2B SaaS. While the seniority level is listed as mid-level, the requirements are significant: you’ll need over a decade of sales experience and a proven track record of closing $1M+ annual quotas. You should be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the beauty, wellness, or fitness enterprise sectors. The position offers a base salary between $110,000 and $120,000, plus performance incentives typical of a "Unicorn" status company. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will have high visibility and the opportunity to sell a market-leading platform already used by global brands like European Wax Center and CorePower Yoga. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 10+ years of sales experience, specifically targeting multi-location enterprise brands. * Are an expert at "consultative selling" and building relationships with C-suite executives. * Have a deep understanding of SaaS economics and complex procurement cycles. * Are proficient with modern sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
