This role is designed for a seasoned B2B SaaS sales professional with a track record of closing deals in the MarTech space. The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in retail, e-commerce, or travel industries and feels comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders. Since this is a "disruptive" sales environment, they are looking for high-energy overachievers who are self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup settings. While the base salary isn't disclosed, the compensation package includes an **equity stake (ESOP)**, making this a high-upside opportunity to own a piece of a "unicorn" company backed by Sequoia and General Atlantic.
