This role is designed for an experienced sales hunter with at least 4 years of field experience in technical B2B sales. It is ideal for someone comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and selling high-value infrastructure or software solutions directly to technical leaders like CTOs and Engineering Managers. Strong familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC is highly preferred.
Working out of the Madrid office under a hybrid model, you’ll join a high-growth environment known for its rigorous sales training and innovation. Success in this role is heavily incentivized; the package includes new-hire stock equity (RSUs), an employee stock purchase plan, and commission accelerators of up to 30%.
