This role is ideal for a high-performing SaaS sales professional with experience navigating complex enterprise cycles. You should be comfortable selling "category-defining" software—specifically AI or data analytics—to senior executives. Since this is a small team (30 people) at a fast-growing, Series B startup, they are looking for a "player-coach" mentality: someone who can both prospect their own leads and collaborate directly with founders to refine the sales playbook.
The compensation is highly competitive ($200k–$300k OTE) for a mid-level/senior role, backed by $30M in fresh Series B funding and 8x year-over-year growth. Located in San Francisco’s Financial District, the position offers a hybrid schedule but requires a significant commitment to the field, with travel up to 40% to meet with global enterprise clients.
