This role is ideal for a high-performing Sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS. You should have a proven track record of closing 6-to-7 figure deals and, crucially, the ability to speak the language of technical buyers like developers and CTOs. Since the company is in a state of rapid growth, they are looking for "drivers" who can build their own processes rather than waiting for a playbook. The compensation is highly competitive, with a San Francisco OTE ranging from **$280,000 to $320,000** plus equity. While there is a hybrid office requirement (Mon, Tue, Fri) for those near SF, NYC, or Austin, the role offers flexibility for those living outside commuting distance.
