This role is designed for a high-energy "hunter" with at least 4 years of field sales experience in the enterprise software space. You should have a proven track record of exceeding quotas and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving technical stakeholders like CTOs and Engineering leaders. While not strictly required, familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger and a background in DevOps or database technology will give you a significant edge.
