This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology or SaaS. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, a proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-velocity environments, and a deep understanding of consultative selling within the DevOps or Observability space. Familiarity with open-source business models is a major advantage. The total target earnings (OTE) are highly competitive at $270k–$300k, complemented by equity (RSUs) and 30 days of annual leave.
