This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas and winning "net new" business in competitive markets. Because you will be navigating complex technical sales cycles with CTOs and IT leaders, you need a strong grasp of business value articulation and a competitive, achievement-oriented mindset.
A major draw of this position is the comprehensive "best-in-breed" sales enablement; you’ll be trained in high-level methodologies like MEDDIC and Command of the Message. The compensation package is equity-heavy, featuring Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
