This role is ideal for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with at least 5 years of experience specifically targeting HR or Compensation leadership at the enterprise level. Because this is an early-stage, venture-backed startup, they are looking for a "player-coach" mentality—someone who can navigate complex, long-cycle deals while simultaneously helping refine the company's brand-new go-to-market strategy.
The standout feature of this position is the incredible client roster; you’ll be selling to elite tech giants like NVIDIA, OpenAI, and Stripe. While the base salary is $100k–$125k, the real draw is the high-growth potential of an AI-driven platform in the compensation space. Note that this is an office-centric culture based out of the Orange County HQ, prioritizing in-person collaboration over remote work.
