This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with at least 5 years of quota-carrying experience in the federal sector. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, specifically focused on acquiring "net new logos" rather than just managing existing accounts. You should be comfortable navigating high-stakes, technical conversations with CTOs and IT leaders while managing complex enterprise sales cycles within a government-focused territory.
The compensation package is competitive, featuring a $148,500 base salary plus high-earner incentives like accelerators up to 30% and RSU equity grants.
