This role is tailored for a high-performing enterprise sales professional with a deep background in the **Financial Services Industry (FSI)** across Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mindset, specifically experienced in opening large bank and insurance accounts from scratch and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder technical sales cycles. You will benefit from MongoDB’s world-class sales enablement, including their renowned Sales Bootcamp and MEDDPICC-based training. While the position is listed as remote-first in Poland, the team values face-to-face collaboration, expecting 1–2 days per week in the office to foster territory strategy and relationship building. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a proven track record of closing 6-figure deals and growing accounts to $1M+ ARR. * Possess at least 4 years of experience selling face-to-face to customers in Poland and Eastern Europe. * Are comfortable selling technical infrastructure (SaaS/Database/Cloud) to CTOs and Engineering Leaders. * Thrive in a strategic environment where you partner with Solution Architects to solve core business problems.
