This role is designed for an ambitious field sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in high-growth SaaS environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hunting net-new logos and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. While a technical background in databases or open source isn't required, you must be comfortable articulating the business value of sophisticated enterprise technology to technical leaders like CTOs and Engineering Managers.
