The ideal candidate isn't just a "closer"—they are a strategic builder who knows how to navigate large organizations, partner with Cloud Service Providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), and target technical stakeholders like CTOs and Engineering VPs. You should have a strong grasp of the "land and expand" model, focusing on growing existing accounts by identifying new workloads.
The compensation is highly competitive with a base salary of $150,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits, including 20 weeks of paid parental leave and fertility assistance.
