This role is designed for a high-energy field sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mentality, specifically focused on acquiring new enterprise logos and navigating complex technical sales cycles. Experience selling into technical leadership (CTOs and Engineering VPs) and a background in cloud-native infrastructure or databases will be critical to success in the Zurich market.
As a MongoDB Account Executive, you will benefit from world-class sales enablement, including intensive training in the MEDDIC methodology and "Command of the Message."
