This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology. Since this is a "Growth" AE position, it is specifically designed for someone who excels at navigating existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities and "land and expand" within the Southeast US region. You should be comfortable with technical sales cycles and have a proven track record of hitting quotas in high-velocity environments.
The compensation package is highly competitive, with an OTE ranging from $257,500 to $300,000, plus RSUs that give you an equity stake in the company. As a remote-first organization, they offer significant flexibility, including 30 days of annual leave and dedicated "shutdown days." While the role is remote, it focuses on the Southeast region, so candidates should be comfortable managing a virtual pipeline while maintaining strong regional relationships.
