This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of quota-carrying field experience, specifically within the cloud or database sectors. You should have a proven track record of "land and expand" strategies—taking existing customers and scaling their usage across new business units. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger is highly valued, as is experience navigating complex technical conversations with CTOs and engineering leaders.
The compensation is competitive, featuring a $150,000 base salary plus a robust benefits package that includes equity, a stock purchase plan, and 20 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave. While the role is listed as remote-friendly for the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, VA, MD, PA, NY), it follows a hybrid model, offering a balance of autonomy and team collaboration.
