This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in high-growth, quota-carrying software sales. You should have a proven track record of selling complex enterprise technology to high-level technical stakeholders (CTOs and Engineering leaders) and feel comfortable navigating the Dubai market. Experience with structured sales methodologies and a "hunter" mentality for new business acquisition are essential.
The position offers a high-upside compensation structure, including accelerators up to 30%, new hire stock equity (RSUs), and an employee stock purchase plan. MongoDB is known for its "best-in-class" sales enablement, providing intensive training in MEDDIC and Command of the Message. While the role follows a hybrid model in Dubai, it provides significant autonomy to strategize and execute territory growth within the massive database and AI software market.
