Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with at least 6 years of experience selling technical products, specifically within the developer tools, database, or cloud infrastructure space. Since this is an enterprise-level position at a developer-centric company, the ideal candidate must be comfortable engaging in deep technical discovery with engineers while simultaneously navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles with C-suite executives. The company offers a highly flexible, remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and asynchronous work. Standout perks include 100% covered health insurance for employees, a generous technology allowance, and equity (ESOP) in a well-funded, fast-growing startup ($496M raised). You will also benefit from a strong inbound pipeline, as thousands of developers sign up weekly, providing a rich field for expansion within major enterprises. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of exceeding quotas selling technical SaaS or infrastructure. * Enjoy "full-cycle" sales, from cold prospecting and technical demos to closing and renewals. * Are based in the United States and prefer working autonomously without a physical office. * Can translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description

Remote | Must be based in the United States

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.

We’re looking for a Enterprise Account Executive to help us scale our impact with some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in the United States.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead complex sales cycles, work directly with founders and technical teams, and shape the future of how enterprises build with Supabase. We have thousands of developers singing up to use Supabase every week & many of them are from large enterprises. In this role, you will focus on helping developers adopt more supabase and expand usage into other areas of the company. This is a critical role where we are looking for someone who loves working full cycle (prospecting through renewals).

### What We Offer

We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.

Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.

Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.

We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

### About the Team

Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.

We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

### Hiring Process

We keep things simple, async-friendly, and respectful of your time:

1. Apply – Our team will review your application.

2. Intro Call – A short video chat to get to know each other.

3. Interviews – Up to four calls with:

4. Team Leads

5. Future teammates

6. Someone cross-functional from product, growth, or engineering (depending on the role)

7. Someone from our leadership/founding team

8. Decision – We may follow up with a final question or go straight to offer.

All communication is remote and we aim to move fast.
