This role is designed for a seasoned sales or account management professional with deep roots in the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate isn't just a salesperson but a strategic consultant who understands the intricacies of drug development (Clinical, Regulatory, or Safety) and can navigate the complexities of global, multimillion-dollar enterprise contracts. The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($80k - $300k base), reflecting the high stakes of managing global accounts, and is supplemented by variable bonuses and stock. As a "Work Anywhere" PBC, you'll enjoy a rare blend of remote flexibility and a mission-driven corporate structure that legally prioritizes employee and customer success alongside profits. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have at least 8 years of experience managing global accounts or consulting within the Life Sciences industry. * Expertly speak the "language" of Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety technologies. * Are comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-suite executives at massive pharmaceutical organizations. * Prefer a high-autonomy, remote environment but are willing to travel to meet customers onsite.
