This role is ideal for a sales professional with 9–12 months of outbound experience who is ready to move into the Enterprise space. You should be comfortable with high-volume, strategic prospecting into massive organizations (15k+ employees) and have a strong grasp of the SaaS ecosystem. Since this is a hybrid role in Denver, it’s perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative office culture but values a predictable compensation structure.
The compensation is competitive for a mid-level BDR role, offering a target hourly rate of roughly **$39–$47 (including OTE)**.
