Enterprise Customer Implementation Team Lead at IDEXX

The position offers a solid compensation package including a $70k–$85k base, annual merit bonuses, and a 5% 401k match. While this is a leadership role, it requires a "working manager" mindset—you'll need to become a subject matter expert in the ezyVet software to handle escalations and optimize workflows.
