This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior Customer Success professional with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS or Financial Services. You should be comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio of 30-40 accounts with individual contract values up to $500k. Since this position sits within the Truework team (acquired by Checkr), a background in income verification, fintech, or complex data platforms will give you a significant edge.
The compensation for the San Francisco hub is competitive, with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from **$128,000 to $151,000**.
