This role is ideal for a seasoned Customer Success professional with at least 8 years of experience (or a relevant degree plus equivalent tenure) who thrives in the SaaS ecosystem. You should have a strong background in managing high-value Enterprise accounts and a talent for navigating complex, cross-functional relationships. Experience specifically within the contact center technology (CCaaS) space is a major advantage. The position offers a competitive salary range of $91,700 - $142,200, supplemented by an annual bonus, stock options, and a 401k match. While the role is "Fully Remote" for most, it does require a 25% travel commitment for client visits.
