This role is designed for a seasoned "business athlete" with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate is a high-energy hunter who excels at navigating complex sales cycles and selling directly to C-suite executives (CFOs/COOs). While listed as a "Director," the focus is heavily on individual contribution, lead generation, and territory growth within the Pacific Northwest.
The position offers a highly flexible remote work arrangement (specifically for those in Seattle or Portland) and a robust benefits package, including 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for employees.
