This role is ideal for a high-energy "hunter" with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales. You should have a proven track record of closing complex deals at the C-suite level (specifically COO/CFOs) and be comfortable working independently in a remote capacity. Since this is an individual contributor "Director" role despite the title, it’s perfect for a self-starter who excels at full-cycle sales, from cold-calling to final closure.
While the base salary range is $80k–$124k, the total package is highly incentive-driven, featuring performance bonuses, stock options, and a generous employee stock purchase plan. The role offers excellent flexibility as a fully remote position for Texas-based candidates (ideally in Houston, Austin, or Dallas).
