This role is designed for a high-energy "business athlete" with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hunter who excels at navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals at the C-suite level. While the role is remote, preference is given to those based in the Western U.S. (WA, OR, CA, NV, UT) who have a strong existing network in the contact center or SaaS space. The position offers a unique "Remote-First" flexibility (unless you live near San Ramon) and a robust benefits package. Beyond the base salary, the total compensation includes performance bonuses and equity. The Enterprise Sales Director creates, identifies, and closes sales within North America or a set of named accounts. The Sales Director's primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and drive revenue. A successful Sales Director is a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. Based in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada or Utah preferred.
