This role is designed for a seasoned Presales professional with 8+ years of experience in the Contact Center (CCaaS) or Enterprise Software space. The ideal candidate is a trilingual expert—fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish—who can bridge the gap between complex technical AI solutions and C-level business value. You should have a strong grasp of IT infrastructure, CRM integrations, and the emerging landscape of Conversational AI and LLMs. The position offers high autonomy through a fully remote arrangement in Portugal, complemented by a robust benefits package including company shares, a commission scheme, and a 10% flex benefit.
