This role is designed for a highly experienced technical support professional with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within the enterprise SaaS space. It is a specialized position requiring a unique blend of "white-glove" customer service and deep technical troubleshooting skills including API debugging, SSO protocols (SAML/SCIM), and log analysis. Since this seat is based in Seoul, native-level Korean and business-level English are mandatory.
As part of a hybrid team, you’ll work from the Seoul office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). While compensation isn't listed, the "Enterprise" designation and high experience requirement suggest a senior-level package. You will have significant influence over the product roadmap by acting as a bridge between Korea-based enterprise clients and global Engineering and Product teams, offering a high-impact opportunity to shape the platform's reliability.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 8+ years of technical support experience and feel comfortable debugging complex REST API and SSO issues.
* Enjoy "detective work," such as reproducing bugs across Windows and macOS and digging through server logs for root causes.
* Can lead cross-functional projects, such as incident post-mortems or process improvements, rather than just closing individual tickets.
* Are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation once every few months.
