Job Description

# Role

The Event Specialist is a critical support role behind Advisory Practice events. This is a hands-on position responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing event details that enable the Event Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.

You will work directly under the Event Manager, supporting live execution rather than owning event strategy. This role is focused on doing. You are operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments, managing logistics, supporting guests, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision. You are not working independently. You are part of a team executing at a high standard.

You will support day-to-day event execution across guest experience, logistics, materials, and coordination. Moments matter in this role. You are often the front line of the guest experience, and your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and go above and beyond directly impacts how attendees experience the event and how the brand is perceived.
