This role is ideal for a mid-level administrative professional with at least 4 years of experience supporting C-suite or high-level executives, specifically within a fast-paced tech environment. You should be a proactive problem-solver who excels at managing complex global calendars and international travel logistics across multiple time zones. The position offers a broad salary range ($57k–$113k) and premium benefits, including 20 weeks of paid parental leave and equity opportunities. Based in Palo Alto, you’ll be at the heart of the IT organization, supporting the CIO directly. This provides a high-visibility opportunity to contribute to a leading AI-era database company while enjoying a culture that prioritizes professional development and mental health. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have mastered the Google Workspace suite and video conferencing tools for large-scale team events. * Are comfortable working on-site in Palo Alto and managing shifting priorities with little direction. * Have a background in tracking action items and executing quarterly offsites for tech teams. * Possess a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive data and executive communications.
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Information Officer. The role will be based out of our Palo Alto office.
This position is ideal for a dynamic, intelligent, highly-organized individual who takes ownership over the details and loves to get things done. In this role, your day will consist of managing and prioritizing a steady stream of requests, meetings, and trips, and working closely with the leaders and members of their teams.
To succeed, you’ll have to balance the needs of multiple parties thoughtfully and diplomatically and be ready to pitch in wherever necessary. You should feel comfortable interacting with high-level executives and know how and when to manage in any direction in the organization, independent of role, title, or level. You can navigate Google Suite products or comparable ones and have proficiency to learn the necessary functions to execute tasks. You have excellent written skills and verbal skills. We have a team-based collaborative culture, and the successful candidate will enjoy building relationships and teamwork just as much as the challenges posed by the role.
