## JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Experience & Design (FED) is the internal brand engagement and experiential group, providing strategic ideas, planning, and production for events, design, and technology across all divisions of FOX Corporation, including FOX Entertainment, TUBI Media Group, FOX Sports, Ad Sales, News, Distribution, and FOX Corporate.

The Executive Director, Events is an experienced leader and high-level event producer, a foundational marketer responsible for establishing and scaling experiences and events functions. They are a strategically creative thinker, the definition of a team player, and a proven leader. They effectively communicate with Senior Executives; provide clear, concise, and actionable direction to their teammates and co-collaborators. This candidate is someone with a strong conference and hospitality background; expertise with travel, room blocks, manifests, and day-to-day production logistics in the US and internationally (as needed). This candidate looks beyond production, operations, and logistics to deliver elevated, meaningful engagements that build and maintain strong connections among consumers, clients, and internal stakeholders to the FOX family of brands. This role owns strategy, design, and delivery of high-impact premium experiences that bring the brand to life for B2B audiences.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
