This role is designed for a heavyweight sales professional with a deep, specialized background in the Accenture ecosystem. While listed as "mid-level," the requirements are senior: you’ll need at least 15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years specifically navigating Accenture’s complex matrix to drive co-selling and pipeline growth. You should be an expert in enterprise-grade software and familiar with sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
The compensation is highly competitive with a flat base salary of $192,000, plus eligibility for equity and comprehensive benefits like 20 weeks of parental leave. As a fully remote U.S. position, it offers significant autonomy to manage a global strategy while focusing on North American execution. You will act as the primary bridge between this database leader and Accenture, coordinating with cloud giants like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
