This role is designed for a data-driven recruitment professional with a background in executive search within the technology sector. The ideal candidate blends high-level headhunting expertise with a scientific, analytical approach to talent selection. You should have a strong academic background in psychology or a related field and be comfortable using technical tools like SQL or Python to derive insights from hiring data. As part of a "Talent Science" team rather than a traditional HR department, you will act as a consultant and educator to senior executives, teaching them how to source and attract leadership talent.
