This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS. It is a "Goldilocks" position for someone who enjoys the relationship-building of Account Management but still has a "hunter" instinct for closing deals. You’ll need a data-driven approach to manage a high-volume book of business while maintaining a consultative touch.
The compensation is competitive, with an OTE range of $95,000–$125,000. While listed as "on-site," the policy is actually a hybrid model requiring 2–3 days per week in-office at hubs including Denver, Atlanta, Phoenix, or Chicago. This is a high-activity role where you’ll be deeply embedded in the small business ecosystem, using AI tools and product data to drive meaningful expansion revenue.
