This role is designed for a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in Employee Benefits sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive "self-starter" who holds an active Life & Health Insurance license and possesses the business acumen to navigate complex consultative sales. You should be comfortable managing high-level client relationships and utilizing CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics to track a robust pipeline.
The compensation is a major highlight, with a high-earning potential of $175k - $250k annually. Beyond the base pay, the role offers a comprehensive "Total Well-Being" package, including an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), student loan assistance, and tuition reimbursement. As a mid-level producer, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior teammates, positioning you as a leader within the Chicago/Oak Brook office.
