Summary

This role is designed for creative, Master’s-level mental health professionals who specialize in non-traditional, experiential modalities. It is an ideal fit for practitioners with expertise in areas like Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Psychodrama, or Nature-Based practice who want to facilitate groups within a virtual intensive outpatient (vIOP) setting. As a 1099 contract position, it offers significant geographic and scheduling flexibility, though you must be available for at least 9 hours per week, including evening blocks (3–9 PM MST). A major perk is the administrative support; the company handles all scheduling, billing, insurance, and client communication outside of sessions, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical facilitation. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold a Master’s degree in mental health or a related field (license preferred). * Have specific training in experiential techniques like EFT, IFS, or play therapy. * Are highly engaging on camera and comfortable running therapeutic groups via Zoom. * Can commit to working at least two evenings (Monday–Thursday) between 3 PM and 9 PM MST.

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Experiential Facilitator to provide remote, Telehealth services to our clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

This is a contract / 1099 position that allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients.

People know Charlie Health for our warm and empathetic team. While each individual facilitator has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities. Our clients are struggling to cope with underlying mental health issues and benefit from facilitators that are sophisticated and relational. Successful candidates are committed to bettering the mental health of their clients, and are adept at self-care, ensuring they are prepared to give their best every day to address the rural mental health crisis.

This position reports to the Director of Experiential Programming.
