This role is ideal for a high-energy, mid-level sales professional based in Miami who thrives on face-to-face interaction. You should have at least one year of full-cycle SaaS experience and a "boots on the ground" mentality, as you'll spend 80% of your time in the field visiting salons, spas, and medspas to build a local community presence. The compensation package is highly attractive, featuring a $90k base with a $60k OTE ($150k total) plus equity. While the role is technically "remote," it is market-specific, requiring you to be a fixture in the Miami self-care scene. As a Field Account Executive, you’ll own a high-potential territory in Miami, working directly with local salons, spas, and medspas to turn prospects into long-lasting partners. You’ll be the face of Boulevard in your territory, building community relationships and delivering value from first touch to close.
