## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Events Manager to join the Growth Marketing team and execute end-to-end event logistics for all North American tradeshows and ancillary events. This role will work closely with the Growth Marketing team to determine event strategy and expectations, while partnering with cross-functional teams on logistics, including graphic design needs, booth booking, scheduling, travel arrangements, budget tracking, and more. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of flawlessly executing events that drive brand awareness and business results.

## Responsibilities

• Execute event logistics from start to finish for all North American tradeshows, conferences, and ancillary events (both in-person and virtual)
• Manage the annual field events calendar and serve as the central point of contact for all event-related activities
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to align on event strategy, goals, and success metrics
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, booth booking, registration, shipping, travel arrangements, booth negotiations, on-site staffing, and more
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Sales, BDRs, Marketing Operations, and Vendors, to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event communications, promotional materials, and lead capture processes with stakeholders
• Manage on-site event staff, ensuring all team members are prepared and aligned on their responsibilities
• Track key event metrics and create reporting to measure business impact, including lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI
• Maintain organized event documentation, timelines, and vendor relationships for continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in event management or a field marketing role, specifically in B2B marketing at a SaaS company
• Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously from conception to completion
• Strong experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including potential international travel

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale tradeshows and conferences
• Familiarity with event management platforms and registration tools
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once with speed and high-quality detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
