This role is designed for a seasoned engineer with at least four years of experience in field service, specifically within the medical device industry or a high-stakes technical environment. The ideal candidate blends technical mechanical/electrical proficiency with a talent for teaching, as the position dual-functions as an Application Specialist responsible for training clinical staff on equipment use. Based in the South West England/South Wales region (ideally within the Reading, Bristol, or Yeovil triangle), this is a fully remote, field-based position. It offers a high degree of autonomy, requiring someone who can manage their own schedule while traveling to client sites.
